Making an informed decision
Getting detailed and honest information about cosmetic surgery and non-surgical treatments can be difficult. The aim of this site is to give you as much information as you need to decide whether you are a good candidate for treatment. You will be guided through the consultation process, given information about the different options, and provided with advice about recovery and aftercare.

Charles Nduka strives to achieve a natural result using modern techniques. He considers the consultation as the most important part of any procedure so that together he and the patient can agree on the best treatment. Mr Nduka is renowned for his use of local anaesthetic cosmetic surgery, particularly for eyelid surgery and eyelifts, local anaesthetic liposuction, mini-tummy tucks and facelifts. - Facelift
A face lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure performed
under general or local anaesthetic and lifts the jowls,
tightens the jawline and rejuvenates the lower face.
It is often combined with eyelid surgery and a brow
lift, a so-called full face lift for a more harmonious
result.
- Mini
Facelift
A mini face lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure performed
under general or local anaesthetic for younger patients
without sagging of the neck, and often involves a shorter
scar. It is often combined with eyelid surgery or a
brow lift
- MACS
Facelift
A face lift technique popularised by Patrick Tonnard
and is a modification of the S-lift. This cosmetic surgery
procedure performed under general or local anaesthetic
is suitable for those with earlier signs of ageing.
- S
Lift
Also known as the Simoni lift or S-lift, this type of
face lift involves less dissection but has been largely
replaced by the MACS lift
- Neck
Lift
A necklift is a cosmetic surgery procedure performed
under general or local anaesthetic for patients with
a sagging neck. For a harmonious result it is usually
combined with a lower facelift
- Forehead
lift
A cosmetic surgery procedure to lift the forehead and
performed under general or local anaesthetic
- Brow
Lift
A brow lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure usually
performed with an endoscope it is performed under general
or local anaesthetic
- Eyelid
Surgery
Or blepharoplasty is perhaps the most beneficial cosmetic
surgery procedures performed. It can be done under general

Tummy Tuck
A cosmetic surgery procedure performed under general
or local anaesthetic to remove stubborn deposits of
fat from the lower abdomen, particularly after Caesarian

- Abdominoplasty

Lift
A cosmetic surgery procedure performed under general
or local anaesthetic to remove stubborn deposits of
fat from the upper arms "bingo wings". The scar runs
from the armpit to the elbow.
- Weight Loss
Severe or massive weight loss can result in loose skin
that requires a combination of procedures such as tummy
tuck, thigh lift, circumferential trunk lift, arm lift
and breast uplift
- Body Lift
Severe or massive weight loss can result in loose skin
around the circumference of the waist that requires
a procedure similar to an extended tummy tuck
- Rhinoplasty
Medical term for a nose job. A procedure to reshape
the nose
- Chin
Implants
Used to treat a weak chin and create a better balance
between the chin and nose in profile
- Nose

- Ear
Surgery
Also known as otoplasty, correction of bat ears, correction
of prominent ears. A procedure commonly performed under
local anaesthetic to re-shape the ear and bring it closer
to the side of the head.

Fillers
Injections given into the skin of Hyaluronic Acid (e.g.
